Everyone has the right to nourish & honor their temples without costing them health problems or disrupting their internal flows. Today's society makes it difficult to embrace femininity & deems self care as selfish when in reality, self care is the only way you can function at your highest levels. We have spent centuries being denied/denying ourselves of proper care because, when is there time when we hold the world on our shoulders? It's time we start caring for ourselves the way we care for others.
